This is a jazzy 614, this could pass for new. I got it for my wife several years ago. She only got to used it for 6 months before she past. There are not even 200 hours on it. but it was in my home for about 8 years. It needs new batteries, because it will not take a charge, I was told it needed new batteries. If you want me to get the batteries, I can it will cost an extra $450.00. I have all the documentation for it. Plus there is a cup holder and a pouch on the side.
