Bought new and never used as my mom would get me too many clothes but not usually my style or fit, lol.
There's no tag so I don't know the size but I measured straight across waste line at around 18 1/2 inches (circumference 38 inches), below the zipper is over 20 inches across, height length around 37 inches.
