Seminole Cigar Landing, located inside the Seminole Casino Coconut Creek, is seeking a professional, polished, and customer-focused Sales Associate / Cashier to join our team.

What We’re Looking For:
4–5 years of cashier or retail sales experience (casino, luxury retail, hospitality experience a plus)
Pleasant, welcoming, and professional appearance
Strong customer service skills and a naturally positive attitude
Ability to work independently and confidently
Strong problem-solving skills
Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
Comfortable working in a cigar retail environment
Responsibilities Include:
Processing sales accurately and efficiently
Providing knowledgeable, attentive service to guests
Maintaining a clean, organized retail space
Assisting customers with product selections
Monitoring inventory and restocking merchandise
Handling guest concerns professionally and proactively. We are looking for someone who understands that great retail is about experience, not just transactions.
