We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Dishwasher / Busser to support our front and back of house operations. This role is essential in maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient restaurant environment.
Responsibilities:
• Wash, sanitize, and properly store dishes, glassware, utensils, and kitchen equipment
• Maintain cleanliness of the dishwashing area, kitchen floors, trash areas, and storage spaces
• Clear and reset tables promptly and efficiently
• Assist servers by refilling water, bringing clean utensils, and keeping dining areas tidy
• Remove trash and recyclables from dining and kitchen areas
• Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines
• Support kitchen and front-of-house staff during busy service hours
Requirements:
• Must speak and understand English
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 lbs
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
• Prior restaurant experience preferred but not required
