We are looking for friendly, energetic team members who love coffee, food, and people!
Responsibilities:
- Craft high-quality coffee, espresso, and tea beverages.
- Prepare and assemble Florentin-style sandwiches following La Sosta recipes.
- Provide friendly, attentive service to every guest.
- Maintain a clean, organized café environment.
- Operate the POS system for efficient order-taking and payment.
- Support daily operations, including opening, closing, and restocking tasks.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and quality standards.
Requirements:
- Barista experience preferred (minimum 6 months).
- Previous food preparation or sandwich-making experience is a plus.
- Positive attitude, strong communication skills, and teamwork.
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
- Availability for morning, weekend, and holiday shifts.
- Food handler’s certification (or willingness to obtain one).
- A passion for great coffee, fresh food, and excellent service!
