Hours: Part-time & Full-time positions available
Responsibilities:
• Greet and seat guests in a warm, welcoming manner
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
• Deliver orders to tables in a timely fashion
• Check in with guests throughout their meal to ensure satisfaction
• Handle cash and card transactions correctly
• Communicate clearly with kitchen staff regarding orders and special requests
• Set up, clean, and reset tables before, during, and after service
• Restock condiments, napkins, utensils, and other table essentials
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front of house at all times
• Sweep, mop, and wipe down the dining area throughout your shift
• Perform routine restroom checks during your shift — cleaning, restocking supplies, and reporting any maintenance issues
• Ensure restrooms are presentable and sanitary for guests at all times
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards
• Support teammates during busy rushes to keep service running smoothly
• Help with opening and closing duties as assigned, including thorough cleaning of front of house and restrooms
Requirements:
• Previous server or customer-facing experience preferred
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, professional attitude
• Reliable, punctual, and a true team player
• Takes pride in cleanliness and maintaining a welcoming environment
• Ability to stay calm and efficient in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to stand for extended periods and carry plates/trays
• Food handler's certificate or willingness to obtain one
• Must be available for weekends and/or holidays as needed
