Full Time Design Advisor- Birch Lane

Locion- Boca Ron, FL

The base pay for this position is $22.00 per hour.

$1,600 sign on bonus paid out on 90th day!

Wh you’ll do:

• Provide an authentic, friendly customer experience th exemplifies our Wayfair commitment to relentless customer focus.
• Leverage your interior design and sales expertise in the home furnishings space to help our customers navige through their design needs and purchases  
• Manage virtual and in-store design appointments (including preparion of design deliverables, product curion, and follow up)
• Utilize sales analytics and design software tools and applicions  to drive store profitability and growth in a way th supports the success of the overall brand (moodboards, space plans, 2d/3d room views)
• Share your expertise in fabric & finishes, bringing awareness to performance, texture and durability characteristics as well as market trends using digital and physical swches
• Efficiently manage your time in design appointments and sales floor interactions by prioritizing the customer experience while keeping communicion open with leadership
• Meet or exceed sales and customer sisfaction targets, and other established KPIs 
• Participe in operional store activities as needed:  bringing new products to the floor, floor sets, replenishment and substitutions
• Bring a willingness to share innovive ideas and solutions to continuously improve team operions
• Engage in a high energy, focused and dynamic work environment where there can be rapid changes in products, promotions, offerings and operions 

Wh you’ll need: 

• 2+ years of sales experience, some of it with high price-point products (preferably in a design reled environment)
• Experience in design such as interior, architectural, graphic, with a clear understanding of design principles (spial planning, fabric selection, styles and trends, etc)
• Passion for design, gre customer service and a drive to exceed sales targets
• Strong organizion, self-motivion, communicion and relionship management skills
• Prefer experience leveraging CRMs (ex: salesforce)
• Demonstred ability to work within a team sales environment
• Track record of thriving in a fast paced and changing environment
• Bachelor’s degree or college diploma equivalent preferred
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays

Physical Requirements:

• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to stand, walk, talk and hear. The employee frequently is required to handle, or feel and reach with hands and arms. The employee is occasionally required to sit; regularly climb or balance; and frequently stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee must regularly, frequently or occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 lbs
• Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
