Hi! I'm a paralyzed quadriplegic and I need your help!
I am familiar with body mechanics and exercise science. I’m looking for reliable, athletic people to assist me with my exercise/stretching daily routine. This isn't a "follow the therapist's manual" type of job—I’ll be the coach, you’ll be the hands. For this reason, communication is key. I need someone who speaks and understands English well. Apologies in advance, I only speak and understand English.
The Work:
I’m looking to fill multiple 4-hour blocks (can be combined into one 8-hour shift if you’re the right fit):
• Block 1: Exercise & Stretching (4 Hours)
This is physically demanding. You’ll be helping me stretch and move my legs. You don’t need a degree, but you must have the stamina to perform repetitive movements with a steady rhythm for an extended time. If you’re into fitness, dance, or martial arts, you’ll likely get the flow I’m looking for.
• Block 2: Healthcare & Hygiene (4 Hours) This involves personal medical care including bed baths/showers, hair/teeth care, wound dressing changes. Also includes bowel care (warm water/coconut oil enemas; will explain in person).
Who I’m looking For:
• Intuitive people who understand physical leverage of knees and hips as well as physical resistance of muscles and tendons.
• Reliable: I need this every day. Consistency is everything.
• Comfortable: You’re unfazed by the realities of personal medical care and have a friendly, easy-going attitude.
• Strong: You have the endurance for 4 hours of physical exercise.

• Pay: $18/hour.
