Job Overview
Front desk agents are primarily responsible for greeting and checking in guests, processing payments, and providing exceptional customer service. We are looking for someone with a flexible schedule to work approximately 16-30 hours (full time is available). This position includes all shifts mostly shifts from 3p-11p and 11p-7a and applicant MUST be available on Saturday and Sunday.
Responsibilities will include:
-Using our POS system to check in guests, make reservations, and process payments.
-Providing in person customer service to current and future guests.
-Answering phone and email queries as well as entering in reservation requests (phone/email/online).
-Watching property to ensure employee and guest safety
-Document housekeeping and maintenance issues
-Keep lobby clean and presentable
-Complete daily tasks to ensure next day preparedness.
Required Education
-High school of equivalent
Experience
-2 years hospitality experience highly preferred
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Internship
Pay: $14.00 - $17.00 per hour based on experience
