BLVD Moving is hiring a Customer Service Representative to support our customers throughout their moving process. Weโre looking for someone organized, professional, and great at handling calls and problem-solving. Experience in the moving industry preferred.
What Youโll Do:
Answer low volume of incoming calls and assist customers with questions and concerns
Provide updates on moves, scheduling, and delivery windows
Handle customer issues and work toward quick resolutions
Communicate with dispatch, sales, and management teams
Maintain accurate notes and customer records
What Weโre Looking For:
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to stay calm and professional under pressure
Detail-oriented and organized
Experience in customer service preferred (moving industry is a plus)
Reliable and team-oriented
