**IMMEDIATE HIRE**

Established home restoration company looking for an experienced customer service representative to start immediately. We help homeowners deal with restoring their homes after water damage, flood, mold damage, and fire damage. Customer service experience in the home service industry is a plus (think plumbing, a/c repair, restoration, locksmith, home cleaning, etc).


Objective:
Customer service is one of the most important roles in our company as you're standing at the forefront of our organization. This role contributes to efficient operations by answering phones, scheduling, maintaining files, maintaining office organization, coordinating operations, etc. The hired individual will take the responsibility of appointment setting and follow-up calls with clients, insurance companies, field technicians, staff, and other parties involved in current projects.


Duties Include:
A blend of answering phone calls, scheduling and booking jobs & appointments, helping customers, data entry, maintaining files and organization, coordinating operations, etc. Duties also include basic marketing tasks, follow-ups, etc.


Office hours: M - Th 8:30am - 5:00pm | F 8:30am - 2:00pm
