Community Advisors Wanted – Affordable Housing (South Florida)
We’re organizing a small community advisory group to share experience and ideas around affordable housing and neighborhood stability in Palm Beach, Broward, and Miami-Dade Counties.
This is a discussion-based, non-commercial, community effort focused on exchanging perspectives and best practices. There is no sales, fundraising, or political activity involved.
What This Is
1. Informal community discussions (virtual or occasional in-person)
2. Sharing lived experience and professional insight
3. Talking through housing challenges, redevelopment ideas, and long-term stability
4. Helping shape responsible, community-focused housing approaches
Who Should Respond
1. People with interest or experience in:
2. Housing, real estate, or neighborhood development
3. Finance, accounting, or budgeting (practical, non-sales)
Zoning, land use, or regulatory experience
1. Tenant advocacy, compliance, or community planning
2. Retired professionals, consultants, and long-time residents are welcome.
3. Time & Format
About one meeting per month
1. Zoom or local meetups
2. No long-term commitment required
