SAME AS STORE CONDITION-- Of course, new for this means all used as the bottle caps, seat belt buckle and tire rubber are all used and decades old. If you liked the magazine rack I have listed (new with tags) thats all recycled materials, this is the perfect companion gift. Or wear one and put the other in your house.
The belt is made from old truck tubes and the buckle looks like a 1980s or 90s GM car version. The bottle caps are a nice group of brands, some are older versions you no longer see.
The Small Size belt fits in regular belt loops and stretches to fit. It is 26 inches long without stretch and Id say it goes to 30 or even 32 inches with regular stretch.
The Large Size is 32 inches regular length and stretches easy to 35 or even 36 inches.
