CLASSIC CACHE---BUTTER SOFT LAMB LEATHER---SHOWS ZERO WEAR---FITTED STYLE FOR SNUG FIT
THIS WOULD BE WELL OVER $300 IF CACHE STILL HAD STORES (sold with fox fur collar)
NOT BLACK BUT MORE LIKE A BLACK WITH A LIGHT SILVERY HAZE
MINT CONDITION---LIKE YOU GOT IT AT THE MALL
SUPERB-- If you remember the days when malls ruled and one of the hottest places to get the latest styles and some crazy stuff (and very $$$) was Cache. They had dresses for $250 back when minimum wage was $3.80 an hour. (1990 min wage) Now they pay $15 an hour but gas, milk, bread and everything else is 5 times the price so not much changed. If you have not had lamb leather, it is definitely very different. A thinner and lighter weight leather that is also so soft and supple. Like glove leather if you know how that feels. Typical Cache, even in the early 90s, the quality was tops. Check the seams, the lining and the zippers and how they are installed and if you know textiles, this is high quality. Has curved pleats around the shoulders on the back to go along with the fitted cut. It makes your eyes narrow in at the center of the back. It also adds to the moto style along with zippered cuffs. While this is not a true motorcycle jacket, as it has no armor or heavy patches at elbows, it sure has the look. Of course, most moto jackets are not belted (anything hanging down is bad) but the belt is another feature that has this jacket almost a body-contour fit. It is a snug jacket and as a size 2 it is made for the smaller bodies. In cool or cold weather, this jacket is awesome over the right jeans and with biker type boots or heeled boot, wedges or many others. The zipper starts at or under bra level so the v-neck shows that pie slice of skin or the mock turtleneck shirt or sweater you have under, depending on the season.
This was originally sold with a 100% fox fur collar that buttons on but I have seen 4 of these over the years and none still had it. It has the small button above the label if you want to add one
