The 1980 Hatteras is a classic motor yacht. 3 staterooms, 3 heads with shower, 2 Detroit Diesel 871-TI raw water cooling system. Down galley with Dinning settee. Port and starboard engine rooms. New inverter, 2 new Marine batteries 2 New House Batteries, new fly-bridge canvas & Isinglass, new carpet, new deck paint, hull waxed and buffed, new depth sounder, new engine paint. All systems in good working order. Exceptions: Some electronics are dated.
Near Fort Lauderdale airport. Yacht is in excellent condition. All offers are subject to Sea Trial and Survey/Haul out. If you purchase the yacht and want to keep at my dock is available no live-aboard in this neighborhood. We will wash-down twice a month and interior detailing once a month and electric all included in dock rent. For Special circumstances we may consider owner financing with 30% Down-payment.
