A wonderful minimalist wall mirror designed by Kipp Stewart and Stewart MacDougall for teh Drexel Declaration line, circa late 1950s.
Drexel's Declaration line is considered an iconic example of American mid-century modernist furniture featuring clean lines, beautiful walnut woods, and a modern Danish-esque aesthetic. It was hugely popular when produced in the late 1950s and remains in strong demand today.
This mirror is the model 801-220 and was designed to hang above a dresser or vanity unit. However, it's sleek clean lines helps it look great anywhere, including hallways and living room walls, or even over a fireplace.
The mirror is large and heavy and so can only be shipped via Chairish in-home shipping. Because of the cost involved in shipping, we have priced this awesome mirror below general retail.
The mirror is in great condition. Just a couple of nicks to the walnut frame, a small spot or two to the glass, but no breaks or chips. It looks great and is ready to hang.
