We are seeking an experienced bookkeeper who specializes in cleaning up and updating bookkeeping for prior years. This project involves reviewing historical financial records, correcting discrepancies, reconciling accounts, and ensuring our books are accurate and complete.
Responsibilities:
Review and reconcile bookkeeping for previous years
Identify and correct bookkeeping errors and discrepancies
Bring financial records up to date
Ensure financial records are accurate, organized, and complete
Work cooperatively with our existing bookkeeper to obtain any information or documentation needed to complete the project
Requirements:
Proven experience with bookkeeping cleanup and prior-year reconciliations
Comfortable collaborating with our existing bookkeeper throughout the process
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently
Professional, reliable, and able to maintain confidentiality
Excellent references
