The candidate must have experience in all types of Commerical Drywall and Framing, Hanging and Finishing. Most know and be familiar with industry standards and have a wide knowledge of product knowledge. Must be up to date with knowing how to get projects done and under budget.

The candidate must be able to negotiate with subcontractors and monitor quality control.

The candidate must know how to measure correctly and know how to frame a wall straight, level and plumb. The candidate must be able to recognize bad workmanship and quickly correct any bad workmanship.

The candidate will me managing one or more jobs and must be able to interact with Clients, General Contractors, and Laborers. Must know how to delegate, and follow thru. Good communication skills both oral and written are required.

Good driving record is also required since the candidate may from time to time be driving company vehicles.

The candidate must be drug free, and felony free. Our company performs random drug tests and a complete background check.

Experience in Stucco and EIFS is helpful but not required. The ability to speak and read Spanish is helpful but not required.

Below is a partial job description of the position. The duties will include this and other duties.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities, including, but not limited to:
� Project Start up Meeting-Receive a project manual, MSDS and all the contract drawings. The project manual includes all the project information available at publication, including, contract scope, master time sheet, specifications, memo forms, extra work authorization forms, stock sheets, RFI�s, correspondence, Change Order Requests, Budget, Shop Drawings if available or required and a project schedule and a job log. Job Start up meetings are required for new projects or new superintendents on existing projects.
� Daily Log- It is your responsibility to log all daily activity or inactivity, in writing at noon and at the end of every day. All events shall be documented.
� Memo-Any deviations from our scope, architectural plans or shop drawings shall be recorded on a memo form each and every time a deviation occurs. These need to be kept in your project manual. They are pre-punched for your convenience. A copy must be turned in weekly with all other documentation copies. Copy the General Contractor, yourself and the project manager in the office of B & B.
� Weekly Time Sheets for subs and B & B employees- These must be filled out for each individual daily with the correct cost/labor code, signed and turned in prior to the pre-set schedule to the person designated to receive them
� Jobsite Deliveries-Receive, stock, cover and store materials in areas where future work will not be affected. Proper damage must be underneath drywall. No materials should be stored exposed directly to the elements. Drywall should not be delivered to the project until the stocking area is acceptable for stocking materials. All orders delivered to the jobsite must be counted and verified before signing the delivery ticket The delivery ticket must be turned in weekly to Holly Morrison.
� Extra Work Authorizations or AWA�s- It is your responsibility to write the AWA�s thoroughly and get them signed by the General Contractor�s Superintendent on a Daily Basis. Make sure your AWA�s information matches your daily man power reports and log. Discrepancies can cost you your credibility. Make certain that your AWA�s have the supervision, laborers, ALL materials and an adequate description to identify the work at a later date.
� Job Site Meetings-It is your responsibility to attend jobsite meetings and take notes. The general contractor certainly will not cover your tail. He is busy covering his own. Advise the superintendent in the meetings if our work is being held up by other trades. Copy the office on all jobsite meeting minutes. If your comments do not appear in the recorded minutes, bring it up again in the next meeting and log it. Copy the office estimator /project manager on all correspondence.
� Material Deliveries-It is your responsibility to release (via Holly Morrison) the materials as you can stock them. It is your responsibility to change the orders with Holly if they need to be adjusted. Copy the project manager. Look ahead in the early stages of the project as much as two months if practical.
� Safety-Follow all published safety literature provided you by your employer and use common sense and good judgment when in doubt or question, take the safest method. Make sure there are no OSHA safety violations on a twice daily basis. Report other subcontractors unsafe conditions to the general contractor, Safety is all of our business. Conduct Tool Box Talks once a day, If a fellow employee is in violation, immediately cease work and conduct a tool box talk with the person and those working in the immediate area. If an accident occurs, it is your responsibility to fill out an accident report immediately and thoroughly. Failure to do so could be grounds for dismissal.
� Project Manuals and Logs become a detailed story of the project. These must be turned in to your supervisor at the end of the project. Project Manual-Add all documentation to your project manual daily and when you come to the office to pick up the materials in your in box. It has been pre-punched for you. If the manual begins to become to thick, request for an additional binder with the index tabs. They are available at the office.
� Equipment requirements. It is your responsibility to plan the equipment needs and put in a written request for the same within sufficient time for office personnel to acquire and deliver the necessary equipment. Equipment in need of repair should be labeled as such and brought to the office by the end of that business day. It is your responsibility to inform proper personnel about the need for repair,

Physical Requirements, including, but not limited to:
o Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
o This position involves working in congested project sites with many obstacles in sometimes dangerous conditions, climbing ladders, climbing stairs, riding elevators, �buck� hoists, and various types of scaffolding and lifts;
o This position involves working in project sites that are dirty, dusty, unconditioned, uncovered and exposed to the elements;
o This position involves wearing work boots, hardhat, and safety glasses, and other personal protective equipment;

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities, including, but not limited to:
o Knowledge of OSHA requirements, OSHA 30 hour training preferred;
o Knowledge of metal framing, drywall, finishing, rough carpentry, FRP, GFRG, acoustical ceilings and wall panels, insulation, and plaster/EIFS;
o Ability to manage up to 100 workers, mechanics, lead man.
o Ability to identify unsafe working conditions;
