Digital Training Facility Manager (DTFM) Job Description<br>

The Army’s Distributed Learning System (DLS) provides training to soldiers and civilians through on-line courses, computer-based training, and video teleconferencing. The Digital Training Facility Manager (DTFM) manages the high-tech training facilities for this program, and is responsible for ensuring that the digital training facilities’ (DTFs’) secure networks, computer / video equipment, ancillary hardware / software are both available and operational. Part-time 20 hours per week.<br>
<br>
DTFM responsibilities include (but are not limited to) the following:<br>
•	Must be able to access the U.S. Army GIG/NIPRNet in the execution of their network duties.<br>
•	Conduct basic software/hardware troubleshooting and interact with the DLS Help Desk (based in Fort Eustis, Virginia) to remedy any workstation or connectivity problems.<br>
•	Conduct accurate fault diagnosis in conjunction with the DLS Help Desk.<br>
•	Provide maintenance or backup data on servers at their location (as directed by the Core Operations team in Fort Eustis).<br>
•	Maintain inventory control and security of the classrooms and the classroom equipment (i.e. computers, servers, video tele-training equipment, etc.).<br>
•	Conduct preventative maintenance on all DTF equipment, and report on the repair/service of equipment on a regular basis.<br>
•	Assist Army customers with scheduling, registration for courses, and software installation within the DTF.<br>
•	Coordinate daily schedules with the Distance Learning Point of Contact (DLPOC), and complete daily updates of scheduled activities in MS Outlook as classes or events are scheduled in the DTF.<br>
•	Execute basic marketing tasks and activities on the Army installation or at reserve sites, and interact with Army training officers, non-commissioned officers, and administrators to coordinate new training programs.<br>
•	Submit progress, metrics, and utilization reports to the DLS management team as required.<br>
•	Assist the DLS management team with the development of new plans, training, schedules and reports as necessary.<br>
•	Proctor exams as required by the DLS management team.<br>
•	Support and participate in training initiatives as directed by the prime contractor.<br>
<br>
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:<br>
•	3 years experience with Software and Hardware troubleshooting skills.<br>
•	Basic network administration skills on Windows XP, or Windows Vista and Windows Server 2008.<br>
•	Proficiency using Microsoft Office suite and other software tools.<br>
•	Maintains 50 plus Computer workstations.<br>
•	Maintain servers providing Domain Name Services, Active Directory, Anti-Virus, Security Compliance, Configuration Management and Exchange<br>
•	Configures loads and deletes courseware as directed.<br>
•	Maintains VTC equipment <br>
o	Troubleshoots video performance <br>
o	Schedules Video Conferences<br>
•	Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently.<br>
•	1 year experience with strong customer service skills.<br>
•	Excellent oral and written communication skills.<br>

•	High School Diploma or equivalent.<br>

 Gaming Service Technician 

<p><b>Purpose:</b>
<p>The purpose of this position is to repair, maintain, install, remove, document, and account for equipment leased to customers to result in timely responses, high performance equipment, and excellent customer relations.<p>

<b>Key Responsibilities:</b>

<ul><li><p>Travel to casinos to perform installations, repairs, pre-sites and preventive maintenance on machines. 
<li><p>Work to build positive relationships with customers, and Shuffle Master Personnel to assure that Shuffle Master’s equipment is continually in optimal operating condition.
<li><p>Build camaraderie with Customers, Tribal Gaming officers and State Compliance officials spreading good will on behalf of Shuffle Master.<li><p>Update and/or modify existing products to result in equipment modified to meet the customers specifications.
<li><p>Respond to Service Calls in an accurate, timely and courteous manner. <li><p>Complete paperwork and documentation as instructed to result in accurate, timely reporting of information to management.
<li><p>Help prepare and test video slot equipment prior to installation to result in fully functioning quality components and materials that are ready to be successfully installed.<li><p>Perform various types of basic maintenance associated with the Shuffle Master shop, warehouse and offices to result in a fully operable, safe and high image work place where employees achieve optimum productivity and customers perceive quality.
<li><p>Install equipment to result in fully functioning devices.
<li><p>Update and/or convert existing products to result in equipment conversion to meet the customer’s specifications.
<li><p>Remove and/or relocate existing equipment to result in the extraction or re-positioning of products to meet the customer needs.

Help Desk Coordination<br>

  <li>Complete Daily, Weekly, Monthly, and Quarterly tasks
required for monitoring Managed systems.&nbsp; Create and follow-up
on support tickets as required.</li>
  <li>Verify that all supportable issues are assigned tickets in
the issue tracking system, and that all tickets are assigned to the
appropriate TSD personnel.</li>
  <li>Provide Help Desk and Support Line coverage to support TSD
staff; this includes responding to user inquiries, questions &amp;
requests.</li>
  <li>Provide Help Desk dispatch coverage for coordinating IT
assignments, priorities, job schedules, completions and user
notifications and follow up.</li>
  <li>Handles back-up duties in software installation &amp;
troubleshooting as required. </li>
  <li>Provide scheduled reports to Management for analysis of
issue tickets.</li>
  <li>Arranges for outside repair of hardware for customers.
(RMAs)</li>
</ul>
Administrative Support<br>
<ul>
  <li>Responsible for the end-to-end tracking and verification of
tickets using the issue tracking system.</li>
  <li>Assist in end of month reporting for Managed Services.</li>
  <li>Other duties as assigned.</li>

You will be the primary technical support contact for Microsoft Dynamics Navision 5.0 (NAV) and its' underlying systems as you effectively manage the technical needs within those systems plus ensure the overall integrity of the systems and development environments. Your previous successful management and execution of major system changes and upgrades to these systems while also providing technical expertise to a group of business application specialists, consultants, developers and IS staff members will be essential to the overall success of our team and its delivery of technical resolution of NAV systems issues with our internal customers. General Position Description:<br>
The IT Support Representative is a critical member of the company's technical support team.  Primary interaction will be between airline executives, hotel sales and reservations employees, and other IT support staff and systems developers.  This position reports to the Director of IT.  <br>
<br>
The successful candidate will have a strong background in office supervision.  A solid understanding of computers is essential; experience in troubleshooting or programming is preferred.  This position requires excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, with the drive to see projects through to their completion.   <br>
<br>
Primary responsibilities include:<br>
o	Act as a liaison between airlines and hotels, resolve issues.<br>
o	Troubleshoot the company’s computer systems when customers need help.<br>
o	Supervise tech support and program developers<br>
o	Manage implementation timelines <br>
o	Work closely with accountants to keep payments on track and up to date.<br>
o	Training new system users<br>

Requirements:<br>
o	3+ years experience in an office environment<br>
o	Solid understanding of the Microsoft desktop applications, desktop operating systems, and Active Directory interactions of those products.<br>
o	Ability to stay on task with several projects at once<br>
o	Excellent organization, communication, writing and interpersonal skills.<br>
o	Demonstrated ability to develop a program plan and project plans with appropriate documentation and design processes.<br>
Preferred:<br>
o	Four-year degree, or equivalent practical experience.<br>
o	Prior experience working at/with hotels and/or airlines a plus<br>
