One bedroom is set up as an office, but there would be room to add a bed.

The house is in a secluded neighborhood on Miami's trendy Upper East Side, close to public transportation and close to restaurants, about five miles north of downtown Miami and 15 minutes west of Miami Beach. Walk to Starbucks, Michy's or half a dozen other Upper Eastside eateries. Walk in the other direction and enjoy a beautiful bayfront park with a view of the skylines of Miami and Miami Beach.

Rent includes all utilities, including electric, water, cable TV and wireless. Furnished down to the sheets, towels and kitchen gadgets.

Available Nov. 22 through early February, with some flexibility on dates. I'd like to find one tenant for the entire time, but will consider shorter periods.

If you're on temporary assignment or moving to Miami and looking for temporary housing, the house is also convenient to Barry University, FIU's North campus, Miami-Dade Wolfson Campus, Miami Art Institute, Adrienne Arsht Center, St. Thomas University and Johnson and Wales, as well as Jackson Memorial Hospital and Mount Sinai.
