Brown Parker & DeMarinis is looking for a seasoned web and multimedia designer with outstanding design skills. The candidate must be highly creative and visually driven. Must present an online portfolio demonstrating this.

Freelance to Permanent
Requirements:
Position requires both strong abilities as frontend designer and wide knowledge of backend development. The candidate should be able to complete a website and/or a multimedia CD-ROM from concept to final launch on his/her own, using languages such as XHTML, CSS, JAVASCRIPT, FLASH and PHP (MySQL experience a plus). Candidate will work under the direction of the Interactive and New Media Director and the agency's Executive Creative Directors, but should be capable of managing his/her own projects when necessary, and must have experience working a project alone as well as being part of a larger team.
Skills and Qualifications:
-Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
-Vast experience using Dreamweaver and Flash to create Websites and interactive CD-Roms
-Ability to plan, develop and deliver projects on time from design to final launch
-Proficient in XHTML, CSS and FLASH
-Proficient in Javascript (JQuery proficiency a plus) and PHP (MySQL experience a plus)
-Proficient in Adobe CS Suite, including PhotoShop, Illustrator, InDesign, Flash and Dreamweaver
-Video and Audio editing and encoding a plus
-Ability to develop DVDs a plus
