On Saturday, November 14th we are hosting the first annual CityFest on behalf of the Connie J. Goodale Foundation.
The festival will be from 12-6pm at the Lake Worth Cultural Plaza in Lake Worth, Florida.
All proceeds from the event will benefit the Connie Foundation, which is the only South Florida foundation that provides direct financial assistance to local breast cancer patients who qualify.
CityFest, sponsored by the Palm Beach Post, will have tons of food, drinks, family-oriented activities, carnival games, arts and crafts, local merchants, and music provided by local South Florida bands including the Dillengers, Riverdown, Sound Proof, and Billy Livesay.
We are looking for high-school and college aged students to help make this event a huge success. This is an excellent volunteer opportunity!!
We are looking for students to help with organization, manning booths, overseeing craft tents, helping to organize the bands, set-up, clean-up etc.
All volunteers will receive a FREE CITYFEST T-SHIRT and an unforgettable experience at the inaugural CITYFEST in Lake Worth!
