Experienced maintenance for large apartment communities in West Palm Beach. This is a fast paced, full time position that requires at least two years apartment industry experience to understand the challenges of maintenance within property management industry. Attention to detail and our residents are our #1 priority. Work environment is team oriented which demands the skills of an enthusiastic, dependable associate. Must have extensive knowledge of all aspects of maintenance, painting, carpentry, electrical, plumbing, appliance repair, hvac repair, irrigation, etc.
Must be HVAC - EPA certified.
Able to lift up to 50 pounds, climb ladders up to 40 feet.
Able to move appliances with assistance.
