About the Job
The Business Development Manager position is vital to the growth of our business and will be directly influential and assessed based on revenue generation.
The successful candidate will be able
• To develop the designated sales territory and/or named accounts through the process of lead generation resulting in increased sales of services.
• To develop and sustain long-term client relationships that will facilitate and support the ongoing development of secured accounts.
• To maximize the sale of products and services from customer accounts and consistently exceed monthly and yearly sales targets
• To ensure customer reference-ability and ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction across all nominated customer accounts.
• To deliver value to customers by understanding their business, projects and implementations and by providing informed advice and innovative solutions
•To cover large territory

Who we're looking for
The ideal candidate will have come from an established B2B sales background and will have been speaking with C level client contacts.

Those having developed business for mortgage, debt settlement, debt consolidation and other personal financial services are preferred.

The candidate must have demonstrated strong record of accomplishment of sales success and revenue generation.

An ability to function and be successful in a proactive "start up" stand-alone environment is key.

The ability to grow with the business is important. The individual should be able to make an immediate impact with sales and posses the ability to build a team on a long-term basis.

Outstanding presentation and communication skills

A bachelors degree is required.
