My fiance & I need to find a house to rent. These are our needs that are required for us to rent a house: 1). Our budget is $1100 and under, 2). We need a fenced back yard b/c we own two Pittbulls that way about 55 lbs each. One pittbull is 11 yrs old and just lays around all day & is extremely sweet & well mannered. The second pittbull is 4 yrs old & is extremely friendly & loves everyone. They have never destroyed any thing such as flooring, walls, etc... 3). Obviously we need a place that will accept dogs, 4). We are a young couple in our mid 20's so we need a place that is not a 55+ community, 5). We do not have the best credit but I however have excellent renters history, I would like to work with someone that can work with us in terms of our credit and budget, 6). We are willing to live in properties located in Delray Beach, Boynton Beach, Boca Raton, Deerfield Beach, & Pompano Beach, 7). We need to move in by Dec 1st & no later, 8). We are interested in living in a single family home, townhome, villa, or condo just as long as it has a fenced back yard. 9).
