We are a small, central PB County office that is looking for one excellent agent. We are generating too many leads for our current small staff to handle. Buyer leads as well as some seller leads will be provided. Our ideal agent should be licensed, have an appropriate and well maintained vehicle, have experience in representing both buyers and sellers of short sales, have excellent organizational skills, have a fool-proof follow-up system, know how to close for an appointment, have all of the latest technology and know how to use it, and have no issues with being accountable.
