We are a real estate group searching for a transaction coordinator based out of West Palm Beach, Fl
The job would consist of communicating between multiple parties on a daily bases to facilitate the successful closing of real estate transactions. It would also entail organizing contact databases, helping with marketing, attending functions/trainings, and communication daily with other team members and their clients.
The ideal candidate would possess the following qualities listed in no particular order:
• Excellent communication skills
• A valid Florida real estate license ( required )
• Knowledgable in Microsoft office including Excel, Outlook, and Word.
• Over 1 year experience in coordination real estate transactions or related field
• Has an understanding of the real estate transactional process from contract time to closing.
• A knack for detail
• Is skilled at computers
• Outgoing personality
This is a salaried position. The job is a full time position.
