Full Time position for an upbeat, outgoing, person who can multi-task in a fast paced Business Center providing top notch customer service. Professional appearance in a business casual atmosphere.

Must Have... Office experience, excellent communication and organizational skills, tech savvy, great attention to detail with the ability to learn quickly. Independent worker and also the ability to work well with others.

Responsibilities...Billing, light bookkeeping, answer a busy multi-line phone system, filing, and help keep the kitchen, conference rooms and copy room in order !

Must Know...Peachtree Accounting (Preferred) and/or Quick books also important is Word, Excel and Outlook.
