General Purpose
To develop, establish and maintain marketing strategies to meet our dental office organizational objectives. Effective management of the marketing, advertising and promotional activities of the organization.
Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities
- manage and coordinate all marketing, advertising and promotional staff and activities
- conduct market research to determine market requirements for existing and future services
- analysis of customer research, current market conditions and competitor information
- develop and implement marketing plans and projects for new and existing services
- manage the productivity of the marketing plans and projects
- monitor, review and report on all marketing activity and results
- determine and manage the marketing budget
- deliver marketing activity within agreed budget
- liaison with media and advertising
- pro-actively monitor customer accounts to ensure patients are using services
- initiate, facilitate with other team members, and maintain communication with patients (fax, email, mail, phone, etc...)
- run and present statistic reports
- analyze the effectiveness of return on investment of each marketing campaign
- database management
- ability to communicate and supervise team members for optimum results on marketing response rate
- develop, plan, coordinate all details to Event Planning and new patient outreach
- familiarity and comfort negotiating with hotels, restaurants and event venues on conference room rental rates, catering...
- research and gather data related to event planning: meeting location options, pricing, ....
- serve as liaison to implement and monitor online marketing results via web trafficking and positioning
- establish and develop a marketing communication program from business to business

Education and Experience
- Knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Office Programs (Excel, Outlook, Power Point, Word..)
- Comfortable with computers and technology
- three years in customer service, Event Planning and/or database management experience is a plus.
- Ability and skill in collaborating with different levels of staff in order to complete required tasks.
- A proven experience in marketing is not necessary as you will receive proper training for our inner marketing approach and innovation. However, superior skills in follow through and past successful tasks accomplishments is a must.

Our dental practice provides dental services for adults to help them keep their teeth for a lifetime. Our primary services are reconstruction and dental rehabilitation combining cosmetics and function.
Located at the same location in the corner of PGA blvd and US1 for the past 15 years, our practice has grown and thrived. Fortunately for you, this growth has created the demand for expanded staff. If you do not have previous experience with dental offices, a strong background in hospitality and customer service would be highly recommended. If you have worked for hotels, resorts, or spas such as the four seasons or the Ritz Carlton, your skills would be of value for our existing team members.
This position can either be part time or full time position and comes with an hourly pay based on experience, 7-5 days paid vacation (depending on position), and profit sharing.
