Lifestyle Management Job Description
The lifestyle manager will join our rapidly expanding, dedicated team of professionals. Each lifestyle manager will have to have intimate knowledge of the market she/he works in, as well as global dining and nightlife venues, events and happenings, all while furthering their knowledge of their clients' needs and preferences.
Responsibilities
• Develop in-depth relationships with clients to understand possible needs, likes, and dislikes and upload into the database
• Update and maintain daily activities to be able to report on time spent for weekly and monthly reporting requirements
• Participate in special projects and events on an as needed basis
• Provide services to clients to ensure convenience, time saving, access and community engagement
• Research the most up to date trends and happenings in particular area
• Research and recommend programs appropriate for future clients of property to include eco-friendly housecleaning, personal training, etc.
• Sales and administrative support when needed; timely and accurate completion of administrative requirements
• Provide support to sales team, property management and developers on a daily basis
• Provide, explain, and promote concierge services to current and potential buyers and brokers on-site at the sales office
• Refers preferred vendors to the clients per their request based on pre-existing relationships
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree or the equivalent
• Excellent interpersonal skills at all levels
• Strong communication skills verbally and written
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, internet and email/voice mail systems
