Building maintenance needed for commercial/professional properties. Clean Record is required.
Small amount of tools required. Ability to change light bulbs, ballasts, ceiling tiles, minor plumbing, minor electrical, minor irrigation repairs, answer tenant service calls as directed, polite, professional and courteous.
Police grounds, act as the eyes and ears for management company, report any problems, be proactive and able to take initiative.
Cell phone and mileage reimbursement provided.
Full time Monday thru Friday and occasional weekend work if needed.
Full Benefits – IRA, Medical, Vacation and Holiday Pay.
$12.00 to start and will evaluate after 90 days.
