The Watershed is seeking a Human Resource Specialist for our busy HR department. The ideal candidate will have experience processing new hires in a fast-paced environment, preferably in a healthcare setting. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills required, as well as great attention to detail!
Specific duties of the Human Resource Specialist include:
* Processes all new hire employees, to include paperwork, drug screens, license verifications, etc.
* Processes all background and fingerprint checks, notifying appropriate management of results.
* Enters all new hires into the payroll system once start date is established.
* Coordinates credentialing for physicians and psychiatrists.
* Tracks clinical licenses and driver licenses and obtains copies upon renewal.
* Coordinates company property distribution.
* Conducts new hire orientation.
Requirements:
* Undergraduate degree
* 2 years experience, preferably in a healthcare setting
* Experience conducting new hire orientation
PayRate: $28,000 - $35,000/year
