We are seeking an experienced billing/collection supervisor to oversee accounts receivables, collections, and operations for a busy surgical practice. Individual must be knowledgeable with all aspects of the billing cycle, managed care, reimbursement, contracting and billing compliance. Individual must be hands-on, detail oriented and self motivated with excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as the ability to work effectively with clerical staff and senior management , have confirmed high level experience and verifiable track record of success.
Our busy surgical practice is located in the Boynton Beach area - we offer a state of the art facility with the best technology available- individual must be very proficient with ALL aspects of medical billing software, have experience with electronic medical records. This position takes a leading role in the review and resolution of problems with medical billing, delinquent accounts, credit and collection policies. The Billing Supervisor is also responsible for effective and efficient functioning of centralized billing to ensure maximization of cash flow while reinforcing high quality patient, physician and customer relations
