National Appliance Network, an East Boca firm, is looking to hire Customer Service Agents, Vendor Administrators and Recruiters and Appliance Repair Technicians
to work-in a call center environment.
* Answer inbound calls as well as assist customers who have specific inquiries
* Provide updates on service calls to consumers
* Update the existing databases with changes and the status of each service ticket
* Pleasant and friendly mannerism
* Basic computer knowledge/technological skills- using internet browser and outlook
* Good verbal and oral communication skills- fast and correct typing, ability to create grammatically correct responses without any spelling errors.
* Ability to make efficient use of resources
* High level of motivation
