You will be working INDEPENDENTLY.

Have strong communication skills which include answering phone calls, checking messages, and making sure the correct person receives their message, and not leaving customers on eternal hold
Computer knowledge required. Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook.
E-mailing responsibilities will include but not be limited to replying to customer emails, inputting quotes and using instant messenger)
Dependable, honest & dedicated
Organized enough to file in the correct order
Follow up with customers, potential orders and account receivable
Some community service would be expected (Chamber of Commerce Meetings may be in the evening)
