GUI Windows Application to Run Calculations.

We are currently deciding on implementing a desktop sql engine.

Important Part
Calculations will be providing data for a 5 - 10 page report, report to include pie charts, graphs, and static data.
The Reporting feature is the most important feature for the application, must have in-depth knowledge in producing printable reports that can be exported to pdf.

Requirements:
5-10 years programming experience.
Sample of Projects Completed.
