PROJECT DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a fresh thinking talented graphic designer to REDO some existing pages on our website. We have already developed a new design criteria/template for these pages. You must be able to present yourself in person for an interview.

There are approximately 25 pages of forms, output pages, product/service pages, Contact, advertising, marketing, and other related (FAQ, email, print, etc) materials to be completed. Project requires some enhancements to our logo (flash or .gif), design graphics, buttons, icons, layouts, menu, and navigation bar layouts.
We already have a base design/template for required work, and like to finish our concept.

KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED
Superior knowledge of Adobe Creative Suit (Illustrator & Photoshop in specific), and strong understanding of:
1. Graphic and Visual communications concept
2. Layering
3. Gradients
4. Transparencies – Windows 7/Vista type presentation
5. Color coordination and relation
6. Text & graphic interactions

EMPLOYMENT CRITERIA
You will be required to sign non-compete, non-disclosure, non-circumvent, and 1099/contractor agreement(s).

Length of experience is important, but ability to deliver the required work is more important. We are looking for a consummate professional who is detail oriented, organized, self-motivated, efficient, driven to excel and passionate about their work.

Time table for completion is 3-5 weeks from start. You must be able to work on this project with high intensity. Delays in delivering the contracted work will incur financial penalties for the service provider. If you are a chronic late comer (whatever you may think is an ORIGINAL EXCUSE), got too many projects

We are NOT looking to hire any OUTSOURCING development company, and we are NOT interested in anyone working outside the immediate geographical area to our office location. These types of emails will be immediately discarded without review.

No advance payments will be made, however we will gladly ESCROW funds to assure service provider of funds availability. We do not want any free work, but we will not pay for late or incomplete work either.
