First of all we are a start-up company. Need a self motivated person that can make things happen. We are looking for a "traffic person" in Delray Beach, from ad agency or interactive agency - they may have been an acct exec, or creative person with more of an administrative roll - or has experience with production management. This "air traffic controller" will hire and manage freelance graphic designers, assign postcard design jobs to them, explain the jobs, and QC the jobs. This traffic person will work on a freelance basis for the first 3 months.

You will be able to work from home a couple of days a week once you get things going, as long as the job gets done.
