To join our team you’ll need:

Florida Mortgage Broker’s License
3 + years experience originating loans in Palm Beach County
Self sourced referrals from local real estate community & local networks
2009 Loan Volume of approximately $300,000 per month minimum with higher volume in prior years.
Knowledge of current Conventional /FHA/VA product guides and offerings
Professional, positive attitude and a desire to thrive in a tough market!
Be well organized and work closely with your processor.

Excellent commission payout - ability to participate in company 401K -insurance plans are available to qualified full time employees. Part time and full time positions are available. Outside employment considered acceptable in many situations.
