   <li>Enter all new products, accessories etc. into our database</li>
   <li>Handle all updates as required for existing products including product descriptions, specifications, pricing etc.</li>
   <li>Manage entire image library for all products and for website as needed. This will include dealing with manufacturers to get images as needed, scan and photograph items as required</li>
   <li>Work with sales, marketing and IT staff to resolve tickets submitted to correct data, images etc.</li>
   <li>Continually check all database submissions for accuracy</li>

   <li>Must be EXTREMELY organized and accurate for this position. For us mistakes are very costly.</li>

We're equally interested in younger people - perhaps recent high school or college graduates - who for the first time are having to deal with the realities of our troubled economy.

All subjects must be willing and able to speak openly and honestly in front of our cameras. We will select a 2-3 subjects whose stories we find most compelling. These subjects will receive compensation depending on their level of participation to (i.e. ability to shoot in their homes, to license personal photographs, etc.). This would range from $200-350.

Someone with an accounting or bookkeeping background is helpful but not necessary.  Minimal training is necessary and will be provided by us on our process and quoting program.  <br>

- Ensure that all flood notification letters are sent to borrowers.<br>
- Make sure all information in the file is consistent such as the address, loan amount, interest rate, etc.<br>
- Gather all conditions and submit to underwriting for final approval.<br>
- Complete closing transmittals<br>
- Submit the closing transmittal and all additional documents to the closing department.<br>
