Job Title: Accountant

Education, Degree(s), or Certifications Required: Associates Degree in Accounting required

Detailed Job Description:
Accountant with a degree in accounting ( must be bilingual (English-Spanish), to perform, and have extensive experience in the following tasks:
Accounts payable control
Generation of payments to vendors
Accounts receivable control
Application of payments to customer accounts
General ledger entries
Sales journal Entries
Purchase Journal entries
Petty cash management
Sales tax reporting, payment, and filing
Salesman commission management including generating the report, and paying on time
On site payment collections (when necessary- this is not often the case)
Maintain records (Customer invoices-Vendor invoices) in an orderly fashion and filed correctly.
Oversee a team of 2 people, who will be doing collections, and filing.
Daily reporting requirements to the CEO
Everest (ERP) Software experience a plus


This person must have transportation, a good employment history, verifiable references, and verifiable education records.
Salary: 30-40,000 usd a year

Must have good written and verbal communication skills.
Must have an Associate s Degree in Accounting or higher.
