Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in computer science, computer information systems (CIS) or management information systems (MIS). Experience or is familiar with environments such as Windows XP, XP server and work station. Knowledge of development tools such as MS SQL Server 7.0-2005 and MS Reporting and experience with ASP.NWT, C#.NET, Visual Studio.
Responsibilities:
„X Maintenance of internal databases and creation of business reports.
„X Coding, programming, and participating in design and software development.
„X Technical knowledge for appropriate customer solutions.
„X Excellent communication skills, technical translations and interpersonal skills.
„X Interaction with third party vendors.
„X Setup computer equipment as needed.
„X Manage user accounts as well as network changes.
„X Maintain track and respond to user support request at all locations.
„X Management and monitoring of backup systems and offsite backups.
„X Develop and manage an annual IT plan and budget that is aligned with business priorities.
„X Security analysis, maintenance and updating as needed. Organize and consult on service architecture design for upgrades and new systems,
„X Troubleshooting as needed.
„X Spyware, virus protection and removal and general malware management.
„X Disk capacity and storage planning. Application usage and uptime.
„X Ongoing site assessments, system auditing and inventory updating and reviews.
„X Automation of the IT function through use of systems, tools, process and qualified people.
„X Miscellaneous duties as determined by Supervisor.
