DESCRIPTION
Psychcare is seeking a Helpdesk Support Technician. The Help Desk technician will be responsible for managing the automated Help Desk system (SysAid) used to receive, rout, and respond to all Help Desk requests. They will provide technical support to individual users, such as enrolling new users, and troubleshooting user-related problems. Will work closely with team and staff at all levels to ensure outstanding projects are up-to-date and complete. The Helpdesk Support Technician will maintain complete and proper records. This position requires considerable user contact, and must demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills and professionalism.

REQUIREMENTS
Must be discreet, resourceful, self-motivated, and able to be a member of a service-oriented office team. Some college and 2 years of customer and project support, technical expertise and/or customer service experience highly desired.

TECHNICAL SKILLS
Ability to configure Windows PCs. Basic networking knowledge. Desktop & Help Desk Support. Software and hardware installation experience. Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Access, Excel, and PowerPoint. A+ certification preferred.
