Position: Dental Practice IT Manager / Accounts Manager
Location: Work or dispatched from home.
Hours: Full Time
Job Duties through the customer life cycle:
Develop leads - primarily through working with referral partners and current customers.
Solution design and sales - Analyze customers current systems and goals, then design computer systems that meet their goals
Project and customer management - work with help desk and implementations teams to ensure that customer expectations are properly set and met.
Support - provide level 2 and on-site support to customers in the area as required.
Administrative - keep current records in CRM system regarding activities, opportunities and service. Attend meetings. Keep up with existing and emerging technologies.
Work may include PC troubleshooting and repair, installation of LCD mounts, computers, and peripherals, installation and repair of XRay equipment, computer and device configuration and more.
Requirements: A self starter with great people skills and ability to manage customer expectations. Superior Troubleshooting ability. Ability to plan and follow structured service plans. Minimum 2 years of applicable experience, including phone & on-site technical support experience for small businesses. Health care experience a plus. Kodak Dental Systems Certification a big plus. Minimum of one industry certification. Some travel required Reliable transportation required. Compensation: 40-70K annual salary with growth potential
