Requirements :
MUST EXTENSIVE KNOWLEDGE IN SYMANTEC BACKUP EXEC 12.5D
MUST EXTENSIVE KNOWLEDGE IN MICROSOFT EXCHNAGE SERVER ALL VERIONS / SETUP / CONFIG / AND DEEP TROUBLESHOOTING KNOWLEDGE
MCSE 2003 + Messaging - hands on experience setting up and migrating to new servers. Must have extensive AD, DNS, Exchange experience
Customer service excellence
Must have 2 years current field service experience
Good written / documentation skills
Experience managing vendors
MCSE Windows Server 2003 / 2000 (DNS, DHCP, FTP, ISA, SQL & IIS)
MCSE+Messaging - Exchange Server 2007 / 2003 / 2000
MCDBA SQL Server 2005 / 2000
Terminal Services
Windows Mobile Active Sync, BES, Good
SharePoint Server 2007 / 2003
Dell & Compaq Server hardware, RAID conig, server Images
Firewalls, routers and switches (Cisco, Sonicwall, etc.) CCNA/CCNP
Expert desktop experience with Windows XP Pro & Office 2003 / 2007
Responsibility for a budget. Know when to repair or replace.
