Looking to spend Xmas and/or New Years in NYC?
I have a 4 room apartment in Prime Chelsea. In the back, so very quiet. 2nd floor of older building. Wood floors, wireless internet. Bedroom has a queen bed and looks into trees.
Living room has a deep sofa the size of a twin bed, brand new flat screen TV, dvd player. Kitchen is larger with built in breakfast bar. Bathroom is smaller with clawfoot tub. Other room is set up as my home office dressing room. If you don't know Chelsea, its filled with galleries and restaurants and clubs and is located north of Greenwich Village.

I am interested in coming to Ft. Lauderdale/Wilton Manners for Xmas and/or New Years. Single gay male in his 40s, may come with a friend. Nonsmoker. Adult.
Have swapped with London and Los Angeles. Everyone has been very happy here.
