The Standard Spa, Miami Beach is a holistic and hydrotherapy oriented Spa hotel, inspired by global bathing cultures, self awareness, rejuvenation, relaxation and ultimately personal transformation for our guest. We are currently seeking for candidates to fill the following positions:
Spa Bath Attendant - PT - Guide guests/members through indoor baths explaining the benefits of holistic bathing, hydrotherapy and provide information of the properties integral living services, experience treatments as well as spa services. Assist and servicing guests with their “DIY” services*. Maintain linen and laundry supplies. Monitor spa areas, indoor bathing, fitness center, locker rooms, restrooms, and outdoor experience areas ensuring the spa's established standards of cleanliness are met.
Spa Coordinators - PT -The spa coordinator will be responsible for assist and servicing guest in their ck-in or ck-out process. Confirm reservations and schedule appointments, explain the benefits of holistic bathing, hydrotherapy and provide information of the properties integral living services, experience treatments as well as spa services and sell spa retail. Spa knowledge and experience required.
Guest Relations Agent/Security - PT - Monitors and patrols assigned areas to provide a safe environment for guests and employees and to minimize opportunities for loss or damage.
Spa Reservation Agent - PT -Responsible for booking of all spa appointments maximizing revenue. Provide information of the property integral living services, treatments as well as all spa services. Spa experience and knowledge required.
Reservations Agent - PT - Responsible for booking of all reservations to maximize occupancy and revenue. At least one year of experience as a Reservations Agent for a Hotel. Opera experience a plus.
