Miami / South Beach: Hotel /Condo Complex has an opening for a security shift supervisor with (2) years of proven supervisory experience.
We are currently seeking candidates for a security shift supervisor able to work 3pm - 11pm shift, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and 7am - 3pm Saturday, and Sunday.
(Shifts may change)
* Minimum of two years of verifiable experience
* Ability to pass a thorough background check, and drug screening
* Must have a Class "D" security license
Requirements
Successful candidates will show good leadership and organizational skills and the ability to carry out their requirements in an efficient, effective, and timely fashion.
- Maintaining a safe and secure environment for customers and employees by scheduling and completing security assignments
- Promote positive public relations by offering courteous service to all tenants, visitors and guests and responding to their requests
- Control access to buildings and monitor activities of visitors
- Gain/maintain proficiency with building's life safety system and central fire panel
- Assist in emergency situations (i.e. fire, evacuations, human crisis, etc.)
- Communicate with Supervisor/Manager on issues related to safety
- Monitor building operations and tour property
- Maintain daily logs and shift reports
* Strong communication skills and computer literate
* Minimum of two years of verifiable experience
* Ability to pass a thorough background check, and drug screening
* Must have a Class "D" security license
Starting salary for the supervisor position is $12.00 per hour, raises after 90 days.
We are also looking for part-time professional security officers to work in our hotel lounge's

MUST BE AVAILABLE FOR OVERNIGHT SHIFTS 10PM – TILL CLOSING (MIN;4-6 HOURS)
MUST BE ABLE TO WORK MANDATORY WEEKENDS (FRI & SAT)
MUST HAVE A CLASS "D" LICENSE
PART-TIME ONLY (NO FULL TIME POSITIONS)
