Busy law firm in SW Miami Dade looking for a loss mitigation specialist for processing and negotiating loan modifications. Must fluently speak and write English and Spanish. MUST HAVE LOSS MITIGATION EXPERIENCE!!!

***knowledge in Loan Post software is a plus***

Duties include:

- preparing packages and forms according to bank guidelines

- aggresively negotiating with banks

- CONSTANT follow-up with lenders and clients

- Reviewing client packages and calculating Debt-to-Income Ratios, Assets, etc.

We are in need of a reliable, professional and organized individual with mortgage experience/background and with loss mitigation experienced. The person we are looking to hire must be a team-player, ORGANIZED, be able to work in a fast paced environment, ability to multi-task and posses analytical and interpersonal skills.
