National large cap private equity real estate development group is seeking an in-house Acquisitions Assistant for single-family REO assets in the South Florida Markets.

Requirements:

Strong relationships with prominent local REO brokers in Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach counties:

- Ability to source REO SFH in the S Florida markets.

- Sales license and MLS access preferred.

- Working knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite of programs.



Compensation:

Commission Based: 1% of gross on everything bought. $2-3 Million Avg bought per month
